Our runs cover Pomorie, Aheloy and Kableshkovo – the strip along the northern shore of Burgas Bay where hundreds of holiday homes and guesthouses have gone up in recent years. Since the crew passes through regularly anyway, the survey is free, and smaller repairs are often combined with jobs already on the schedule – no waiting for weeks.

The air in Pomorie is doubly salty – the sea on one side, the salt lake and the salt pans on the other – and ordinary painted steel loses its coating here within a season or two. For terrace railings and handrails we therefore recommend stainless steel AISI 316 and aluminium, TIG-welded under argon with passivated, polished seams, while carbon steel gets a primer and a finish coat rated for the sea climate.

For the yards of houses and holiday properties we build fences and gates to individual dimensions – sliding and swing, with automation as an option – and install them level, concreted or anchored.
