Marine welding in Burgas

We weld and fabricate equipment for the marine environment: railings and pulpits for boats and yachts, boarding gangways and ladders, brackets for outboard engines, sonars and antennas, fishing gear and rollers, quay cleats, rings and guard structures. We work on the spot – on the quay or in the marina – and for most repairs the boat stays in the water.

For the marine environment we use only materials made for salt water: stainless steel AISI 316 (molybdenum-alloyed against pitting corrosion) and marine aluminium alloys of the 5xxx and 6xxx series (5052, 6061). Joints are TIG-welded under argon for dense, porosity-free seams, and visible joints are ground and polished. We watch for galvanic compatibility where different metals meet and isolate the joints where necessary.

We replace salt-damaged elements, reinforce loaded nodes and passivate welded zones on stainless to restore the corrosion protection. We serve the ports and marinas from Pomorie to Sozopol and Chernomorets – and further along the Black Sea coast by arrangement.
