Steel structures in Burgas

We fabricate steel structures in structural grades S235JR and S355J2 – carports and yard canopies, entrance roofs, external and internal staircases, service platforms and landings, load-bearing reinforcements of existing buildings and light halls. We work to your structural drawing or prepare a working design after a survey and measurement; elements with a load-bearing function follow the structural engineer's design.

Fabrication runs through the full cycle on site, organised by our mobile crew: mechanical cutting, bending, drilling, fit-up with tack welds and geometry control, after which the nodes are welded with MIG/MAG or stick depending on section and access. We plan the welding sequence to limit residual stresses and distortion of the finished element.

Every structure receives corrosion protection – mechanical cleaning, primer and an exterior-grade finish coat, or hot-dip galvanized elements by arrangement. Our own crew handles installation: levelling, anchoring with mechanical or chemical anchors to suit the base, and a final walk-through with the client. Invoice and a 6-month workmanship warranty as standard.
