1. General provisions

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the weldflux.com website and the services of “WeldFlux” (the “Company”, “we”, “us”).

By using our website and services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website and services.

2. Definitions

• “Website” – the web pages at weldflux.com, owned by WeldFlux
• “Services” – all services offered by WeldFlux, including MMA stick, MIG/MAG and TIG welding, fabrication and installation of steel structures, fences and gates, railings and handrails, mobile welding repairs and marine welding
• “User” – any person using the website or the services
• “Client” – a user who has concluded a contract for the services

3. Use of the website

3.1. Permitted use. You may use our website to:

• View information about our services
• Contact us through the contact form
• Request a quote for services

3.2. Prohibited use. It is prohibited to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorised access to the systems
• Distribute viruses or malicious software
• Copy or reproduce the content without permission

4. Services

4.1. Description of services. WeldFlux offers the following services:

• MMA stick welding
• MIG/MAG welding
• TIG (argon) welding
• Fabrication and installation of steel structures
• Custom fences and gates
• Railings and handrails
• Mobile welding repairs
• Marine welding

4.2. Ordering services. Services are ordered through the website contact form, by phone or by email. All services are performed on the basis of a written or verbal agreement defining the conditions, deadlines and prices.

5. Prices and payment

• Hourly service rates are published on the website; fabrication prices are set individually for each project after a survey and assessment
• All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable
• Payment terms are defined in the service agreement
• If a service is cancelled after work has started, the client owes the costs of the work performed

6. Warranty

• WeldFlux provides a 6-month workmanship warranty on all performed services
• The warranty covers defects in execution caused by our fault
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, inadequate maintenance, overloading of joints or external factors
• To claim the warranty, the client must contact us within 7 days of discovering the defect

7. Liability

7.1. Liability of the Company:

• WeldFlux is responsible for the quality of the performed services under the agreed conditions
• Liability is limited to the value of the performed service
• We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or lost benefits

7.2. Liability of the user:

• The user must provide accurate and complete information
• The user is responsible for providing access to the site and the necessary working conditions
• The user is liable for damage caused by their actions or omissions

8. Intellectual property

• All rights to the website content (texts, images, logos) belong to WeldFlux
• Copying, reproducing or distributing the content without written permission is prohibited
• Infringement of intellectual property rights leads to civil and criminal liability

9. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek a solution through negotiation. If no agreement is reached:

• Disputes are resolved under Bulgarian law
• The competent court is the one at the Company's seat (Burgas)
• Consumers have the right to refer to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection

10. Consumer rights

In accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to:

• Information about the service before concluding a contract
• Withdrawal from a contract within 14 days for distance sales (where applicable)
• A complaint to the Commission for Consumer Protection

11. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website. We recommend reviewing the terms regularly. Continued use of the website after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
